Leo Tutors 'n Care

Leo District 4-C4 Program

501(c), Tax Deductible.

Leo Care

Purpose: To entertain younger kids and help relieve some of the stress that their parents are feeling with working at home and Covid-19. We hope to be able to help out those who are working hard to combat the coronavirus and those whose lives have been greatly impacted by Covid-19 in whatever ways we can.

Target Age: 4 - 8 years old.

Description: Our nonprofit volunteers who have been professionally trained will be playing online with kids that are signed up for the program. There are a wide range of activities that can be done, such as read-alongs, karaoke, online drawing games, etc. We also have lots of reliable child-friendly sites with intellectually stimulating games and learning games, and thought up a lot of fun ideas to teach kids something new while also making sure they’re having a good time. One such idea is to have the child learn words, then solidify the words in their memories through customized online drawing games!

Leo Tutors

Purpose: To help out anyone who is struggling to learn their class material during this hectic time, and help relieve some of the stress that their parents are feeling with working at home and Covid-19. We hope to be able to help out those who are working hard to combat the coronavirus and those whose lives have been greatly impacted by Covid-19 in whatever ways we can.

Target Age: 6 - 12 years old (Primary school to junior high).

Description: Our nonprofit volunteers will tutor your child in a wide variety of subjects, depending on your need. Any subject at any level is fair game, though this will be more targeted towards younger/less advanced students, as the program's goal is to help those who can't learn the material for themselves, and more advanced students will have experience in learning. The google forms will give basic options that our tutors can teach, but feel free to request any subjects and give a little detail on specifics that you want taught to your kids.
